• Space-only Booths: Custom design; approval required.

• Height Limit: 2.5m inline / 4m island.

• Setup Period: Aug 23–24, 9:00 am–7:00 pm.

• Use the official advance warehouse (details to be provided).

• Label all items: “For NIAEXPO 2026 – [Company Name] – Booth No.___.”

• Ship early to ensure customs clearance.

• Power: 220V (single-phase) / 380V (three-phase available).

• Internet: Free Wi-Fi; wired options on request.

• Additional Equipment: Furniture, AV, and display items available for order.
