International visitors include individuals or organizations based outside Nigeria who are engaged in agribusiness, agricultural machinery, technology, trade, investment, or development. This includes manufacturers, distributors, investors, government delegations, trade missions, researchers, and innovators.
2️⃣ How do I register as an international visitor?
Registration is simple and can be completed online.

3️⃣ Is there a registration fee?
Entry to the exhibition and co-located events attract little fee (200 USD per delegate) for registered international visitors. However, participation in certain B2B networking sessions, conferences, or premium events may require an additional fee
4️⃣ Will I receive visa assistance?
Yes. Registered international visitors will receive an official invitation letter from the NIAEXPO Secretariat to support visa applications.
You are advised to apply early and confirm your registration details accurately.
5️⃣ What documents are required for visa support?
You may be required to submit the following:
A copy of your valid passport (bio-data page)
Passport-size photo
Proof of company affiliation or business card
Completed registration form confirmation
6️⃣ When will I receive confirmation after registration?
Once your registration is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 5–7 working days, including your visa support document and travel guidance.
7️⃣ Can I receive travel and accommodation support?
Yes. The organizing team can provide recommended hotels, airport transfer details, and local travel advice through our official hospitality partners. Please indicate this request in your registration form.
