Who should complete the Exhibitor Entry Form?
All confirmed exhibitors participating in NIAEXPO 2026 – Nigeria International Agricultural Expo should complete the form

Your information will be used to prepare your company profile, exhibitor directory, badges, catalogue listing and other official event materials.
What company information is required?
You may be asked to provide:
- Company name
- Country
- Contact person
- Email and WhatsApp number
- Website
- Products and services
- Product categories
- Company logo
- Booth number, where applicable
Is completing the Exhibitor Entry Form the same as booking a stand?
No. The Exhibitor Entry Form is for confirmed exhibitor information. Companies that have not yet secured exhibition space should first complete the stand-booking process
When and Where is NIAEXPO 2026?
17–19 November 2026 and Abuja Trade and Convention Centre (ATCC), Abuja, Nigeria
When can exhibitors move into the venue?
The current exhibitor manual lists 15–16 November 2026 as move-in dates. Final operational instructions should be confirmed with the organiser before arrival.
