NIAEXPO 2026 offers both indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces:

• Standard Booth (9sqm) – Shell scheme with basic fittings.

• Corner Booth (18sqm) – Two open sides for better exposure.

• Premium Booth (36sqm+) – Custom-built and high-visibility zones.

• Outdoor Space – For heavy machinery, tractors, irrigation, and demo displays.

Each standard booth (9sqm) includes:

• Fascia name board

• One table and two chairs

• One 13-amp socket and lighting

• Carpet flooring

• General hall security and cleaning

Yes. Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once payment confirmation is received, you may select from the available spaces on the official floor plan.

Yes. Early bird discounts and group booking packages are available for exhibitors who confirm their participation early or book multiple booths. Contact the Secretariat for current offers.

Exhibitors may request:

• Booth design upgrades or custom branding

• Freight and logistics support

• Hotel and travel assistance

• Business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking services

Your booking is confirmed upon:

1. Submission of the completed Exhibitor Registration Form

2. Receipt of the official invoice

3. Full or partial payment confirmation

A confirmation email and booth allocation details will then be sent to you.
