Onsite Registration:
Visitors who miss the online registration may register onsite at the Visitor Registration Desk near the main entrance.
International visitors may require a business or visitor visa to enter Nigeria.
Once registered, NIAEXPO Secretariat can issue a Visa Invitation Letter upon request.
Important Notes:
Apply for your visa at least 4 weeks before travel.
The name on your invitation letter must match your international passport.
Keep copies of your hotel booking and return ticket for immigration clearance.
Visa on arrival may be available for pre-approved participants (check with NIAEXPO team).

NIAEXPO offers official hotel packages for delegates and international visitors.
Each package includes:
4★ or 5★ accommodation within 15–25 minutes of the venue
Breakfast, Wi-Fi, and airport transfer
Daily shuttle service between hotel and venue
Important Tips:
Book early (rooms are limited in August).
Always use your official name as on passport when booking.
Confirm airport pickup 7 days before arrival.
Keep your booking confirmation for airport check-in.
When you arrive at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (Abuja):
Proceed to the NIAEXPO Welcome Desk in the arrival hall.
Present your registration or invitation letter.
You’ll be assisted to your hotel or event shuttle vehicle.
If you arrive independently, use Uber, Bolt, or airport taxi to your hotel.
